The Bob Rumball Foundation for the Deaf seeks funding to further the quality of life for Deaf people in Ontario through our associated Organizations (from preschool age to Seniors). We have many outstanding programs and services, that also include providing a positive and caring living environment for individuals who have a developmental, physical challenges, medical needs and/or mental health issues.
