The CharityCar program has provided us with a consistent stream of funding since we have been a part of the initiative. We were relieved to discover that having our organization benefit from the program was as easy as just signing up, literally that's pretty much all there was to it. We really appreciate that all we do now is have a phone number and a link on our site, that allows Interval House receive 100% of the proceeds of the car donation, with absolutely no extra work except sending the receipt.

This type of donation is very special in that each one helps far more than just our charity, not many types of donations are like this. It helps the environment, the donor's who get rid of their high-polluting vehicles and receive tax incentives; and the CharityCar organization which then ensures each vehicle is recycled correctly. Nobody gives up anything and everybody wins! Right from the get go working with CharityCars was a very positive experience for our organization. They are very positive people and it's been a really, really great privilege. There is literally no work on our part except writing a thank you letter.Each car that is donated on our behalf helps us subsidize 10 kids or more! This program is one of those gifts that keep on giving.

The program helps the environment by ensuring that old vehicles are recycled in an environmentally responsible manner; it helps address the issue of animal overpopulation by helping local animal charities pay for spay/neuter programs because the Foundation receives 100% of the proceeds of the car donation; and it helps the donor recycle their vehicle responsibly, make a donation to charity, feel good about it, and obtain a tax receipt for their donation.
